NOTES ABOUT LEO JEAN'S LIMITED EDITION ART PRINTS:
1. A giclée print is a copy of an original that uses a digital duplication process to apply lightfast pigmented inks to canvas. Leo Jean's giclées are then laminated to preserve their beauty and color.
2. Each limited edition print is signed and numbered by the artist. A Certificate of Authenticity is included with each giclée print on canvas to include:
The title of the work
The artist's name and signature
The print's number within the size of the limited edition
The release date

SPECIALTY ORDERS:
1. Please note that the dimensions of each print will reflect the size of the original painting. (e.g. On a 20 x 24 photographic print of "Light Pegasus," the actual print of the painting will be 16 x 24.) For giclée prints on canvas, the actual painting size is as stated; the unstretched larger prints have an allowance of 2" on all margins to accomodate stretching over a frame at your location. Prints can be ordered stretched over a frame, or unstretched for stretching at your location (This saves on shipping costs).
2. Giclée prints are available for all paintings up to a 60" width + 2" border allowance for stretching. (Maximum canvas width is 64".) For example, the largest giclée print that can be made of "Light Pegasus" is 60" by 90".
3. Photographic prints are available up to approximately 30 x 40 size.
4. Any art print not in stock must be ordered and will take from 3 to 6 weeks for shipping, although every effort will be made for an earlier ship date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
The Psychic Paintings site presently accepts PayPal as our sole method of payment. Payment must be made in Canadian dollars. If making payment from within British Columbia, be sure to include the applicable provincial sales tax. Email for a detailed invoice that includes these amounts.

SHIPPING POLICY:
All in-stock prints will be shipped insured within 48 hours via courier or Canada Post.
Any print not currently in stock will have to be printed and will take up to 3 weeks for shipping.
All merchandise will be shipped insured in case of damage during shipping.
For international orders outside North America, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.
For rush shipments, please contact us directly by email or phone at 604.818.4581.
If merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, insurance on your purchase is included. Re-orders for insurance purposes are welcome.

SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fees are based on the type of merchandise (i.e. size); insurance on value and your location.
For specialty items, the amount of the shipping fee will be quoted along with the price quote.
For rush shipments, please contact us by email for a price quote.

RETURN POLICY:
Once your order has been received, we will place an order for your art print at a local photo imaging printer. Once this process takes place, we will apply your payment to the printing of your merchandise.
No refunds apply on goods ordered or shipped.
