SPECIALTY ORDERS:

1. Please note that all prints will be on photographic paper, unless otherwise noted on the painting's description page. The painting's size will determine the size of the actual print on the paper sizes. (e.g. On a 20 x 24 print of "Light Pegasus," the actual print of the painting will be 16 x 24.)

2. Giclée prints are available for all paintings up to a 44" width + 3" border allowance for stretching. (Maximum canvas width is 50".) For example, the largest giclée print that can be made of "Light Pegasus" is 44" by 66". Special setup fees apply.

(A giclée is a copy of an original that uses a digital duplication process to apply lightfast pigmented inks to canvas.)

3. Photographic prints are available up to approximately 30 x 40 size, with setup fees.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

The Psychic Paintings site accepts cashier's checks, money orders and traveler's checks by mail order. Payment should be made in Canadian dollars, including the Canadian 5% federal tax on all goods and services (GST). GST is applicable on all merchandise, shipping, handling and insurance amounts.

ONLINE ORDERS:

If you would like to place your order online, please email for special instructions to fax or email your order and to pay by PayPal.

SHIPPING POLICY:

All goods will be shipped insured within 14 days via courier or Canada Post. Please specify your preference when you email for a price quote on shipping, handling and insurance.
All merchandise will be shipped insured in case of damage during shipping.
For specialty and international orders, please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery.
For rush shipments, please contact us directly by email or phone.

SHIPPING FEES:

Shipping fees are based on the type of merchandise (i.e. size); insurance on value and your location.
For specialty items, the amount of the shipping fee will be quoted along with the price quote.
For rush shipments, please contact us by email for a price quote.

RETURN POLICY:

Once your order has been received, we will place an order for your art print at a local photo imaging printer. Once this process takes place, we will apply your payment to the printing of your merchandise.

No refunds apply on goods ordered or shipped.
